Team Lead
Ducky Works is seeking a dependable, organized, and hands-on Cleaning Team Lead to help guide our cleaning technicians and ensure every client receives the high-quality service they expect from us.
The Team Lead is responsible for directing the cleaning team throughout the workday, assigning responsibilities at each job, helping the team adjust when priorities change, and making sure every home or business is cleaned to Ducky Works standards before the team leaves.
This is a leadership role for someone who is comfortable taking initiative, communicating clearly, solving problems in the moment, and working closely with company ownership.
This is a position has quarterly bonus opportunities commensurate with client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the cleaning team to scheduled jobs using a company-provided vehicle.
Review the daily schedule and help keep the team on track throughout the workday.
Direct team members upon arrival at each residential or commercial cleaning location.
Assign cleaning responsibilities based on the size, needs, and priorities of each job.
Clearly communicate expectations and cleaning priorities to team members.
Monitor the team's progress and make adjustments when needed to ensure jobs are completed efficiently.
Pivot responsibilities or workflow when unexpected situations arise.
Perform cleaning duties alongside the team as needed.
Conduct a final walkthrough or quality check before leaving each location.
Ensure cleaning tasks meet Ducky Works' standards for quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
Identify missed areas or concerns and make sure they are corrected before the job is considered complete.
Help maintain a professional, respectful, and positive environment while working in clients' homes and businesses.
Communicate client concerns, scheduling issues, supply needs, team concerns, or other important information directly to the company owner.
Work closely with the company owner on a daily basis regarding operations, team performance, scheduling, and service quality.
Help reinforce company procedures, cleaning standards, and expectations with team members.
Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are handled properly and kept organized.
Help protect and maintain the cleanliness and condition of the company vehicle.
Cleaning Technician
Ducky Works is seeking dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to provide high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Middle Tennessee.
Cleaning Technicians work as part of a team and report directly to the Cleaning Team Lead. This role is responsible for completing assigned cleaning tasks efficiently, maintaining a high standard of quality, and helping the team complete each job successfully.
We are looking for people who take pride in their work, accept responsibility when mistakes happen, and are willing to step in and help wherever needed.
This is a position has quarterly bonus opportunities commensurate with client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Perform residential and commercial cleaning according to Ducky Works standards.
Follow direction and daily assignments provided by the Cleaning Team Lead.
Complete assigned cleaning tasks thoroughly and efficiently.
Pay close attention to details and identify areas that may need additional attention.
Follow cleaning checklists, procedures, and client-specific instructions.
Use cleaning products, equipment, and supplies safely and correctly.
Maintain professionalism and respect while working inside clients’ homes and businesses.
Communicate questions, concerns, damages, or issues promptly to the Team Lead.
Take responsibility for mistakes and help correct them quickly and professionally.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Work cooperatively with other team members to keep jobs moving efficiently.
Assist with cleaning equipment, supplies, loading, unloading, and organization as needed.
